I was knowing tools like Raptivity, Instructional Spice and others but you know all these are pre-defined library of learning inter activities and to the extent you can customize with your own content. But when I looked out for something where I can develop my own ideas into learning interactivity without actually being involved in ID and multimedia programming and getting a facility like reusing it 'n' number of times; i was impressed! the solution which has made this possible is CIBS (Custom interactivity Building Solution).
